Rob doesn’t just smoke for photoshoots. Whether he has ever attempted to stop smoking, we don’t know. He has spoken generally about trying to be healthier, but never addressed the topic. However, rumors don’t get much easier than this one, folks.
This is one rumor that is most definitely true. Pattinson Anonymous labels this BELIEVED.

That is dissapointing but I guess it doesn’t really change his personality. But hopefully he will try to quit. Smoking can totally ruin your career so I I really hope he’ll quit!

I dont really freakin give a crap if Rob smokes or not. A lot of people do smoke and I do have to say it’s not a good habit, but with that freakin face no one should care. He’s 23 and hott who gives a crap.
