UPDATE FROM PATTINSON ANONYMOUS: Rob has spoken recently about chewing nicotine gum, and may be making an effort to quit smoking, but as you can see in this picture from the Water for Elephants set , Rob is still smoking as of June, 2010.

SO STOP SMOKING ITS BAD 4 U!!! btw Rob looks heaps coooooooooooler in Twilight but in real life he doesnt look as georgeos. Hasnt got the beutiful eyes, the pale skin and in the movie you dont see him smoke. So im not bragging Rob im just saying if you smoke it can change your life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
