Rob and Kristen at the Airport - Done Deal?
Did you see the pics of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart all lovey dovey at the airport? What do you think now?
The Evidence
Looks like a couple to us. Enough said, right?
But for some, the arguments will continue.
No, sorry, we don’t buy the “it was all a set up” argument. It was dark. It was a private runway and they were in a private jet. Yes, we’ve seen the picture of Rob’s manager, Nick Frenkel, apparently looking at the camera. But this is an incredibly-zoomed photograph. It was taken with a long lens. In the dark, we don’t think anyone could have seen anything.
Rob and Kristen are acting normally and seem to be aware that something might be up in the later photographs. They don’t particularly look pleased.
And let’s face it. This is not normal behavior for Rob. He does not normally run around holding hands or locking arms with co-stars. At least, not in his everyday life. Sure, he does so for photoshoots, but that is not the same thing.
The Verdict
No need to spend much time on this one, really. This isn’t a single photograph that came out of nowhere. If it had been, there would probably be a lot to discuss. However, there have been lots and lots and lots of other things that have made people wonder about “Robsten”. So far, although we’ve been convinced that the two are close, we haven’t seen the actual PDA or anything that would serve as enough evidence to tip the scale.
So, although Rob isn’t answering the question, and Kristen is “keeping something for herself”, this photograph, combined with other statements and behavior, is enough for us. Rob and Kristen appear to be dating. And they look happy. Good enough for us.

Ah, time for yet another movie. Rob is spending his early summer in and around the Los Angeles area shooting his next film, Water for Elephants. We can't wait for that one. And Eclipse promotion is calling his name as well. Happy June!As always...

They look happy and adorable in the pictures I saw. I, for one, am very happy for these two. Hope they are now left in some peace. The rest of the promotion and premiere should be interesting…

A true Rob fan will only want him to be happy! He can’t date everybody, he is only one man. He’s not married; he’s just dating, so cheer up girls. Let’s be happy for Rob and let’s hope he’s happy. I for one will support him and his career, because that’s what a true fan does. Good Luck Rob and I will be following your career and going to your movies.

Have to be the devil’s advocate. If you look closely, they are NOT holding hands. He’s holding his hat and she’s hanging on him. It could be a set up for the camera, because I’m sure they know there’s always a camera on them when they’re out. Just mho.
what makes them happy, i am happy. i am fan of them both. with big smiling on their face and their happy mode, i am so happy. at least, i believe they invest happiness to each other and enjoying their time. good luck for them. i hope people stop analyzing their gesture, because it means nothing. the important is they both happy together.
Simply and graciously said! Yes, we saw lots and lots of things and a lot was argued about on this site. People will still argue about this, but Rob and Kristin do seem happy don’t they? So, let’s let them be.

People need to just leave them alone. If they are together, great! If they aren’t, fine. These are very young people who are having a lot of pressure put on them for no reason. People should just let them live in peace!
It’s more bizarre the reaction that people refuse to think they could be dating..and yes, denied dating because they did not want to make their movie all about them as a couple. Now I get why Kristen said in an interview she did not want to be like Angelina (regarding the attention from being famous) Well, that clearly meant on hindsight, she knows if news got out her and Robert are dating they will be followed around just like Brangelina…..
Before when she was dating Michael she still maintain a certain amount of privacy BUT this photo leak has now put her and Robert in the Brangelina league of media frenzy…
The ‘ they are not dating’ Rob’s fans are jealous that at the end of the day..Rob did fall for her.
To Doreen, at 12:27am, who is still in denial. There are other pictures in this set where there is an actual hand clasp, which you may have seen by now. This isn’t the only picture. Face it people. Robsten is on, Robsten has been on in some ways, since Rob flew over the pond to meet Kristen Stewart and used auditioning for some Vampire flick as his excuse. Open your eyes. Be happy for Rob.
Usually I would arge that friends do this all the time. Kristen’s seen holding hands w/ Nicki Reed all the time, but they’re not a couple. And Peter Facinelli did just post a pic of “Pellen” on his Twitter:P
However, Kristen was rarely seen holding hands with Michael O-can’t-remember-his-last-name so the fact she’d hold hands w/ Rob seems like a suspicious act. I think they’re probably dating.
This doesn’t prove anything at all. They are NOT holding hands, he is holding a hat for Christsake! Why do people make her barely holding his arm a definite confirmation of anything?! She has held other people’s arm the same way. It would seem to me that IF they wanted to hold hands he would’ve worn his hat and held her hand.. or at least transferred it to his other hand… LOL!! Funny cause even Peter Facinelli had a kick over this one! When these kids are ready to “confirm” they will. Till then, unfortunately, every little thing they do is waaay blown out of proportion! I would LOVE to see the two together. I think they are both adorable. But they have said that they are close friends and we know they share a close bond and close moments on set, so why is this a dead sure sign that they are together.In one moment everyone is judging their body language saying Rob is just too happy looking for this to not be real love, then someone else points out that Kristen looks like someone died, but it’s still true love. WTH? This can be interpretted all day long, but until I hear them both say (on video) that they are in love and together, I just won’t try to force it into being.Why does it have to be one way or another? They could just be friends with benefits for that matter. Why is everyone so hell bent on figuring this out? That’s what makes it even funnier to me when they avoid the subject. lol Which is what makes me love them both more.
this is huge evidence in robsten land. that hand holding IS a form of deep intensity in their relash. they are not a regular couple as we all knew them already. it carries tons of meaning behind that one simple gesture. oldest form of romance between them. and kuddos to them both for keeping it real.
It’s sad. People just want them together because
of the movie. None of us know who they actually
are as people yet people “want” the rumors to be
true. They have been filming practically non-stop.
Sometimes actors get so into a role that it’s like they
become that person. Many actresses have been
quoted about dating co-stars that were their love
interest. You get involved, overwhelmed, and so
into the story that you fall in love with that character
but then you realize what happened. Then you break
up because it really wasn’t the person you fell for, it
was the character itself.
Honestly, I don’t really care either way but I think that
them denying it is just for hyping up their movie. If the Twi
series were over I doubt they would be hiding anything.
The excuses that Summit doesn’t want them coming out
because of the movie itself is dumb. It’s because they can
countiue to keep everyone on their toes and stay on the
tabloids to pump up the press for the movie. I do believe
that some of these things are staged.

I agree with Kelly #18. I think the photos show something about their relationship and comfort level with each other, but it’s not the money shot everyone’s been salivating for IMHO.
Listening to all the interviews and not just reading what people say Rob and Kristin say is very important. It is obvious that they know each other very well and they should after spending time together filming 3 movies. They know each other and what I have heard from their own mouths, they are very compatible with how they feel and think about many, many things. I have always believed that there was something special going on between them. Even without proof positive in a specific PDA you can just see it. You don’t hold onto someone if you are trying to make people believe you are not together. You just don’t. Her hand is at his hand. There is an obvious connection with them and I sincerely believe it is not a platonic friendship.
Candi, many actors and actresses have met and fell in love while filming a movie and some have actually got married (the horror). They have filmed three movies together now and are obviously still into each other. I think this is more than residual feelings left over from their portrayal of the characters. I am very happy for them and only wish them the best.
Seriously, do people not read previous posts or subsequent ones for that matter? To #16 Jezment, #14 Wake Up Doreen is not lying. If you had bothered to look at the entire sequence of photos you would have seen your requisite actual fingers/actual hands clasped. I’m fairly certain, however, that the so-called “money shot” would not have made a difference to you. At the end of the day, it’s exactly like Kristen said “We are. We aren’t. I’m a lesbian.” People are going to believe what they want to believe even with unusual and singular evidence before them. For the record, I believe that they are together based on the photographic evidence presented and the lack of a true denial issued by either interested party.
That being said, I wish people wouldn’t hound them about their status. I believe what I believe without cold, hard facts. It’s called faith and I have faith in a lot of other things, too. I don’t necessarily need cold, hard facts and I sure as h3ll don’t want those two lovely young people to suffer over my curiosity. Will it kill me if they’re not? Nope. In the great scheme of life, “Robsten” is way down the ladder. I’m going to love, admire and support these two beautiful persons no matter their status to one another.
awww..that is soo cute..i think this guys just soo close with each other in the level that everyone thinks they in love..i’m juts happy they being a gud and close friend..it doesnt matter f they date o not just that they didnt fight o having any feud so the movies eclipse n breaking dawn would be great with their on screen chemistry.. =D
Don’t shoot me either. But I’ve given this some thought and tried to get some perspective on these (very intrusive) photos and think back to my 2 close platonic relationships back in the day. If we had just got off a plane together, in the dark, to walk across the tarmac to another plane, maybe had a glass of wine or two on the flight, and he naturally walks faster than me, would I have naturally grabbed his arm, yup, of course I would and not thought twice nor would he have. It would be a very natural thing to do. In this case, let’s say, he has become for the moment my best friend because of what we’ve gone through together, have lots in common, know each other pretty damn well, etc., not even thinking twice about taking that arm or hand. Anyone wants to read more into it, it’s OK, but I’m just saying things are not always black or white. There are other kinds of relationships between young men and women that happen. Whatever their relationship, it shouldn’t be fodder for media-fueled romantic fantasy at the expense of their chosen privacy about it. So shoot me!

Hey Legion, STFU, you don’t know me! I could care less IF they are dating!! I just don’t think a so-called “hand holding” is a sure thing of a relationship.. she has done that same thing with Taylor, too, so I guess she is going out with him, also! If I did see some more “solid” proof then I would definitely say “there you go” and be happy for them! Not that I can totally understand why so many people want these two young kids in such a serious relationship!! Are you kidding me??? She is only 19 frikken years old, for crying out loud!! I would like to know how many of us had an actual long lasting relationship at that age??? Stop forcing them together, seriously!! All this hoopla over their “so called” relationship is what makes those f’in idiot photographers drive them nuts!! Like I said, poor kids..
Personally, myself, I would rather see these two in a really beautiful, platonic, relationship that can last for many years to come. Romantic relationships hardly ever end that way…

c’mon guys. kristen holds EVERYONES hand (eg. fergie while leaving the reataurant, for one) and rob is holding onto his hat (not her hand). they are just close. they have said it a million times. just friends. why doesnt anyone believe them when they answered the question a million times. stop confusing fantasy with reality.
While I have always thought that Rob and Kristen were very attracted to each other and experienced a special bond while filming Twilight, the night I watched the MTV awards and Kristen dropped her popcorn trophy sealed it for me. The camera caught Rob’s reaction and that said it all. He had love written all over his face! Simply adorable. That they want to keep it to themselves is understandable, given the intensity of the media coverage they generate. Also the remarks Catherine Hardwicke made during her Time Magazine interview pretty much outed them and I’d love to know what they thought about that faux pas! Why would she do that? To bring attention to herself. Personally, I think she had a thing for Rob as well.

Vancouver during filming of NM? She tends to cling to her co-stars. If they are dating great.

I like most of their fans think that they have amazing chemistry and they look super cute together. I have been of the opionion that they are just friends but a few things makes me wondering if there is something more romantic about their relationship. Most of Rob’s interviews when Twilight came out - he was very forward about his relationship satus and often said quite clearly that he was single. But now with all the fuss about him and Kristen he dodges the question (for obvious reasons) - which makes you wonder.
But honestly I just think that the media needs to give these guys a break from all of this! They have parts of their lives that they want to keep private and its their right to have some degree of privacy. Nothing bugs me more than people who think that because someone is an actor/actress their lives have to be on display for everyone. I was actually disgusted with the magazine that claimed that Kristen was pregnant with Robert’s child! I couldn’t believe the audacity and sheer stupidity of some people.

Where’s the actual hand holding pic??? NONE of them actual show them physically holding hands and I’ve gone through ALL of them. He’s holding a hat or his hand is in his pocket and she’s holding onto his arm and not very tightly or with much feeling. I think you guys have just gotten so tired of the BS that you’ve subscribed to it. Just like a lot of people did with the whole Richard Gere and the gerbil story. But you guys had one thing more than people did with that load of BS with the gerbil.
